Suggested Starting Dose:
0.25 mg once a week (25 units from a 1 or 2 mg vial, 10 units from a 5 or 10 mg vial).

How to order:
To place an order for your vial/supplies, please click on the "Order Request Form" button below. You'll be asked to fill out a brief questionnaire. Based on your responses, we will schedule the order of your vial to our compounding pharmacy. Once your supplies have been delivered, which usually takes 3-5 business days, we will notify you via text message with pickup opportunities. Upon pickup, we will ensure you receive all necessary guidance and information to administer the injections safely and effectively and walk you through the process.
