Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are common injectable drugs initially used to treat diabetes. One thing noticed during studies and after being utilized in the real world among hundreds of thousands of people, is many people lost significant weight while taking it. Contraindications:
There is a theoretical risk with semaglutide and tirzepatide causing thyroid cancer in some mice studies. If you or your immediate family have a history of thyroid cancer, history of pancreatitis, active gallbladder disease, pregnant or plan to become pregnant in the next two months, then you should not take these injections.

We will be selling it as a kit for the client to self administer it weekly. (Please refrigerate between uses).
Included in your purchase will be the medication vial, syringes, and alcohol swabs. The injection is a tiny and just about painless needle that goes into the belly fat once a week. We will teach you or your loved one how to do that so do not panic if that thought scares you or you have a lot of questions.
Which one is right for you?
There is no right answer. Many people do exceptionally well with both medications. Semaglutide is more budget friendly. Some report more side effects with it when following a traditional dosing schedule. However, with our dosing schedule, many seem to avoid nasty side effects and get results. Every once in a while I find some don’t respond much to it or just feel sick on the shot. These people may respond more to the Tirzepatide. It is a more expensive option however. Some studies are showing it might be a better weight loss shot and associated with less side effects but at a greater financial cost.

Small Vial (1 mg total)/supplies (4 starting doses): $275 card/$250 cash
Great option for those wanting to try it out or for those on a budget.
Large Vial (2 mg total)/supplies (8 starting doses): $500 card/$475 cash
Great option for those starting out. Get double the product the small vial offers at a discounted price. If a little extra money up front doesn’t concern you, I would recommend this vial for starting out.
High Concentrated Vial (5 mg total) (20 starting doses)/supplies: $625 card/$600 cash
Perfect option for those who have been on it for a few months and taking 0.40 mg or higher per dose. Or if a spouse is also on the shot. Offers a lot of product at a cheaper price per mg.
Semaglutide Dosing Schedule:
Start at the 0.25 mg (25 units in small/large vial or 10 units in high concentrated vial). Inject into belly once a week. We have you go up a tiny amount every week until appetite suppression is achieved with tolerable side effects. Most our clients end up taking a custom dose around .35mg - .75 mg per injection with great results and tolerable effects and get a few months of use out of the high concentrated vial which is $300 a month. Refrigerate between use.
** All vials have a 90 day expiration date on them from the day the pharmacy compounds it. Sometimes we get the product with close to 75 days on it (after a mandated wait period of observation and testing by the pharmacy to ensure quality/sterile product) and other times we get it with closer to 60 days.

Tirzepatide Dosing Schedule:
Month one: Inject 13 units (2.5 mg) weekly into belly fat. You will use about half of the 20 mg vial in 4 weeks.
Month two: Inject 25 units (5 mg) weekly into belly fat. You will use a full 20 mg vial in 4 weeks.
Month three: Inject 38 units (7.5 mg) weekly into belly fat. You will use 30 mg of the 40 mg vial in 4 weeks.
Month four and onward: Inject 50 units (10 mg) weekly into belly fat. You will use a full 40 mg vial in 4 weeks.
**Only go up to next dose if your current dose is not achieving adequate appetite suppression with tolerable side effects. Many stay in month two or three dosing for their weight loss journey without needing to escalate further but some get up to 10 mg or a little higher.

It will be a really early hour like 1:00 am-5:00 am on Monday or Thursday. This time and date does NOT mean anything. You are simply putting your info in and getting on the list to get supplies ordered. This will prompt us to order the vial/supplies for you which we do every Monday morning or Thursday morning.
