These terms apply to bigcountrymobilemed.com and to any service, product or appointment booked through it. By booking an appointment, submitting an order form or using this site, you agree to them.
WHO WE ARE
Big Country Mobile Med provides mobile IV hydration, wellness injections, minor urgent care support and pharmacy-compounded wellness products in Abilene, Texas and the surrounding Big Country.

Service area: Abilene and a 25 mile radius, including Tuscola, Merkel, Clyde, Potosi, Buffalo Gap, Tye, Caps and View.
APPOINTMENTS AND SERVICE
All services require a consultation and a health screening before treatment. We may decline service if treatment is not appropriate for you.
Service is provided in your home, office or another location you arrange, within our service area. You are responsible for providing a safe, clean and accessible space.
We ask that an adult be present for the duration of any IV service.
Arrival windows are estimates. Weather, traffic and prior appointments can shift timing.
If we arrive and service cannot safely be provided, a trip fee may apply.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
ORDERING WELLNESS PRODUCTS
Product orders placed through our order forms are requests, not completed purchases. We review every order and contact you to coordinate payment and, where applicable, prescription processing.
Payment is due before we order your products from the pharmacy.
We accept card, Venmo and Cash App.
Pharmacy-compounded products are picked up at Mister Med's Pharmacy, 141 Clyde Street, Abilene, TX, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, once the pharmacy notifies you that your prescription is ready.
We can ship within Texas for an additional fee.
REFUNDS
Services already provided are not refundable.
Pharmacy-compounded products cannot be returned or refunded once they have been compounded and dispensed. This is a pharmacy regulation, not our preference.
If something goes wrong with your order, call us. We will make it right where we are able to.
PRICING
Prices on this site are current as of the date shown and may change. The price quoted to you at the time of your consultation or order is the price that applies.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to give us accurate and complete health information, including all medications, supplements, allergies and medical conditions. Withholding information can make treatment unsafe. You agree to follow aftercare instructions we provide.
TEXT MESSAGES
If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive messages, we may text you about appointments, orders and occasional offers.
By using our services, you consent to receiving SMS messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties.

Everything on this site, including text, images, logos and program descriptions, belongs to Big Country Mobile Med and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Big Country Mobile Med is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in Taylor County, Texas.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
